Welcome to the website of the Semiconductor Technology Research Centre (STRC).
The Centre was established in 1985. It is currently run under the joint supervision of the Faculty of Science and the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, University of Dhaka.
It is an independent laboratory for conducting research on the following areas:
i) Semiconductor materials,
ii) Semiconductor devices and their fabrication and characterization,
iii) Nanomaterials have semiconducting properties,
iv) Nanotechnology.
