ভাষাবিজ্ঞান বিভাগের উদ্যোগে ৩০ জানুয়ারি ২০২৫ তারিখ বৃহস্পতিবার “Maintaining Integrity while Speaking and Writing in the Age of AI and Fake News“ শীর্ষক এক সেমিনার অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সেমিনারে প্রবন্ধ উপস্থাপন করেন ইংরেজি বিভাগের অধ্যাপক ড. বিজয় লাল বসু । সেমিনারে আলোচক হিসেবে ছিলেন জনাব নায়রা খান এবং সেমিনারের আহ্বায়ক ছিলেন অধ্যাপক ড. সৈয়দ শাহরিয়ার রহমান। সেমিনারে বিভাগের শিক্ষকবৃন্দ এবং শিক্ষার্থীরা উপস্থিত ছিলেন। বিভাগের শিক্ষকবৃন্দ এবং শিক্ষার্থীরা সেমিনারে উপস্থিত ছিলেন এবং একাডেমিক আলোচনা ও প্রশ্ন-উত্তর পর্বে সক্রিয়ভাবে অংশগ্রহণ করেন। (On Thursday, 30th January 2025, the Department of Linguistics organised a seminar titled “Maintaining Integrity while Speaking and Writing in the Age of AI and Fake News”. The paper was presented by Dr. Bijoy Lal Basu, Professor of the Department of English. Naira Khan participated as a discussant and the convenor of the seminar was Professor Dr. Syed Shahriar Rahman. Faculty members and students from the department were present at the seminar and actively participated in the academic discussion and the question-answer session.)
